Best Western Grant Park Hotel Chicago, Chicago

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service from Vivian, who went above and beyond to help me during a difficult situation. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view, but I would have liked a bit more counter space in the bathroom. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to the Shedd Aquarium, but I found the experience a bit mixed. While it was reasonably priced, the noise from both inside and outside the hotel was a significant downside. Also, I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included, which is unusual for a Best Western. The room felt cramped, and the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of soundproofing.
